Routine was originally started as a kids baseball camp by four ex-college baseball players and teammates who were passionate about passing down the game's proper teaching methods. For two years, the camp was successful and concentrated on both life lessons and gaming fundamentals. After the first two years of the camp, the founders split up; one went into teaching, one into law for the military, one into sports sales, and the last one into banking.
