About RiceBox
Prior to opening RiceBox, Chef Leo was brought up in Mexicali, Mexico. Early on, they showed a maturing interest in cooking while at the same time working at their family-claimed Chinese eatery. Impacted by their grandma, they abandoned everything in Mexicali and took off to upstate, New York alone to seek after their fantasy in cooking. After graduating at The Culinary Institute of America, their goal took them south to Miami, Florida, where they went through an additional two years refining their sense of taste and range of abilities. After their culinary development in the East coast, RiceBox moved to California, and proceeded with their enthusiasm at the Patina Restaurant Group.
