About Rain Modern Chinese
Rain Modern Chinese opened in November 2013, offering contemporary Chinese cooking work in present day bona fide Cantonese admission, and on the ends of the week, faint aggregate early lunch served on trucks. Their menu includes a scope of customary dishes, old top choices, and varied new manifestations, from fresh dish duck, a fiery General Tso's, and shrimp-stuffed chicken candies. Downpour is brought to Lark by Frank Lee, proprietor of the two Shoguns, in Delmar and Albany. Rain Modern Chinese addresses a re-visitation of his Cantonese roots, refreshed with contemporary ideas and impacts. Cantonese food uses smooth sauces, produced using normal stocks and squeezes, planning to protect the flavor from new fixings, and not veil their unique taste.
