About Mount Mansfield Maple Products
His grandfather was a dairy farmer, so was his father, and so was his grandfather. They lived off the land and made maple syrup on their farm. When the farm closed, his parents moved, bought 120 acres of sugar cane forest, and started cutting down trees. A few years later, when he joined Mount Mansfield Maple Products, he started Mount Mansfield Maple Products to sell his share of their maple syrup crop. The original Mansfield maple was a website and a mailbox. They put the jars in the garage at night and worked on the family Christmas tree farm during the day. As the Mansfield maple grew, they began to provide maple sugar. He and his wife bought a house, and they converted the whole downstairs into a maple kitchen. More products were developed, and the demand for them almost drove them out of their homes. To keep up, they moved to where they are today.
