Liza Moz Pottery was founded on October 1, 2021. They do like to tell you a little bit about themselves and the studio because they are very excited about this new chapter in their life. They was born in Clinton, Tennessee. They received their master's degree in curriculum and instruction (education) from the University of Tennessee. When they began homeschooling their two children in 2007, they was first introduced to Liza Moz Pottery. Every month, the former owner, Joe Hornsby, offered homeschool classes, and the studio became an important part of their life. They decided that this was a good time to start something new when Joe was ready to retire.
