About Larsen's Bakery
Larsen's Bakery started his baking vocation at age 14 in Copenhagen, learning the specialty of making cakes as a student to the best gourmet experts in Denmark. They have been making fine conventional Danish cake in the Seattle region starting around 1974, when they opened their own bread kitchen in the Ballard region. Quality, workmanship, whether in manufacturing plant, field or office is valued in Denmark and imbued in each Dane who comes to the United States. They are a functioning part in the Scandinavian people group. They are focused on being naturally and socially capable, while keeping up with the highest regard for their representatives and clients. Larsen's Bakery is focused on the respected methods and customs of European craftsman baking.
