The purpose of Knocked Up Fitness is to providing safe and effective exercise for mothers, and surpasses itself. Erica Ziel, a mother of three children (8, 6 and 3), is the founder of Knocked Up Fitness and has more than 10 years of experience training various clients. She is a professional prenatal / post natal coach and trainer who teach women more than they think, such as how to strengthen their deep core muscles, and how to make them easier to conceive, deliver and recover. Erica has been published by the New York Times, Pt on the net, livestrong.com, fit pregnancy magazine, American baby, beauty and lifestyle Mommy magazine, people.com, pregnancy and newborn magazine, Pilates style magazine, and more. More recently, Erica has launched her pre / post natal training course to reach more women by teaching other trainers her unique and successful ways to train women during and after pregnancy.
