About Isrotel
This was the dream of an outstanding man-David Lewis, a Jewish entrepreneur who lived in London at the time. In the early 1980s, Lewis fell in love with the natural beauty of Eilat, a place thousands of miles away from his home. He realized that this special location at the southernmost tip of Israel had great tourism potential. Desert, sea, coral, year-round sunshine, near major tourist attractions in Petra and Sinai, relative distance from Europe. For the first time in 1984, Lewis saw his ambitious dreams come true, because Isrotel redefined the "Eilat Holiday" forever. Isrotel has won praise from Israel and around the world, putting Eilat on the global travel map and paving the way for more large hotels to offer international hotel standards in this idyllic place.
