Chef Claudio Mengoni of Lungarno Collection restaurant use ingredients that are notable for their unwavering innovation and rigor in his idea of honest, authentic cuisine. They combines flavors, colors, and shapes to produce dishes that are memorable and taste different. The new Borgo San Jacopo Restaurant menu designed for the reopening consists of two tasting menus featuring several of his signature dishes, like risotto with sea urchins, anchovies, and fennel frisella. Lungarno Collection also includes milk-fed porkchetta with black salsify, port-reduced shallots, and Dijon mustard.
