Frank Hotels was established in 2014 when they acquired the Westport Inn in Westport, Washington, and the Coastal Inn in downtown Long Beach, Washington. In 2016, they bought Hotel at the Shore in Ocean side, Oregon. The Methow River Lodge & Cabins, the Winthrop Inn, and the Westshore Oceanfront Suites in Lincoln City were all acquired by their hotels in 2017. The Atomic Motel in Astoria, Westport Marina Cottages, and the Inn at the Sea in Long Beach were all acquired by Frank Hotels in 2019. The Sea Jay Motel in Treasure Island, Florida, was purchased by their hotels in the summer of 2021. The motel has undergone extensive renovations and is now taking reservations!
