About Feingold
In 1965, the founder of Feingold, began to observe the relationship between certain foods and additives and their effects on the behavior and learning ability of some people using the allergic diet designed by Dr. Locke of Mayo Clinic. Since he first submitted his findings to the American Medical Association in June 1973, he has called on the scientific community to study and test his hypothesis. He has developed a technology that can greatly help more than half of the children and adult patients he sees-a relatively simple, inexpensive procedure with no harmful side effects. Hundreds of families have helped him in his practice and thousands of families have helped him through correspondence. The founder is deeply disturbed by the millions of families he cannot reach. Feingold is the initial dietary treatment for ADHD and a comprehensive dietary management plan aimed at improving behavior, learning and health.
