After arriving at Ellis Island, Charlie and Orani travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They settled there and lived together with a skill brought back from the Greek family kitchen. For more than a century, their family has passed from father to son, from mother to daughter, inheriting the traditions and techniques of making quality chocolate.
