About Dobson Creek Coffee
The majority of coffee produced in Peru comes from Dobson Creek Coffee small farms owned and operated by organic farm managers who are mindful of their cultural connection to the land. Coffee is typically grown by producers on a few acres of land that is also used to grow beans, shade trees, bananas, shade trees, and corn. Before depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee with their own micro-mills, they carefully harvest and sort the cherries. In addition to tailoring farm management and post-harvest solutions to meet their requirements, producers require a strong alliance to market their coffee internationally and secure fair prices. Dobson Creek Coffee a group created to help small coffee producers get into the specialty coffee market, does things that often go unnoticed but are important to small producers.
