Cornerstone Pie is the result of years of research, sampling, and development of their concepts for a neighborhood restaurant with a cozy, creative atmosphere and distinctive flavors drawn from their experience in the Pacific Northwest. Donna and Mark became friends while majoring in art at CWU. In 1990, Mark and Donna launched their coffee company, D&M Coffee, out of a modest Scamp trailer that had been transformed into a mobile espresso shop.
