About Lua Restaurant
Madrid has long been overshadowed by Barcelona, its hipper and more cosmopolitan sibling. They've always considered Madrid to be the more traditional and serious destination of the two based on their travels here, but they have a feeling the city is experiencing something of a revival. And nowhere is this more obvious than in the culinary world, where establishments like DiverXO, Ramón Freixa Madrid, and Lua Restaurant have rightfully attracted reviewers' notice and received many Michelin stars. On a Saturday night, they had supper at the Lua Restaurant restaurant, and it was a great experience overall, especially with the food. The menu for Chef Manuel Domnguez Carrete is not announced in advance because it is seasonal and is mostly determined every week.
