The food at Elizabeth Restaurant, which they refer to as New Gatherer, is influenced by the natural environment. Their food is quite seasonal. They put in a lot of time creating smart menus. With an open mind and palate, they want their guests to partake in this collaborative attitude. Although they adore upscale ingredients, this is not their main concern. Their goal is to adapt ancient or forgotten foods and preservation techniques to the seasonal bounty to create new tastes, concepts, and presentations. They make an effort to be as organic or sustainable as they can. Elizabeth Restaurant was launched in 2012 by Iliana Regan. She learned to cook on her own and has been working in the restaurant business ever since she was 15 years old.
