Community Creative Center goal through accessible arts education, to awaken the incredible power of art to engage individuals and community." The Community Creative Center is a non-profit visual and studio arts organization that offers classes, workshops, and camps in a variety of interactive art mediums for kids and adults of all ages and skill levels, including clay and pottery, painting, drawing, printmaking, glass fusion, and mixed media. It is situated in the center of Fayetteville's arts district. Along with spring break and summer art camps, professional development for teachers and artists, and in-school residencies, they provide the Northwest Arkansas community accessible, affordable arts experiences. Through a number of agreements with schools and districts, non-profit organizations and agencies, artist collectives, and other arts organizations, they improve the arts opportunities in their region. The practical studio arts program, which have been a section of the Walton Arts Center's visual arts curriculum, was discontinued in 2007.
