About Cancer Canknot
When Eric was given the news that he had Grade 4 Glioblastoma (GBM), an extremely aggressive form of brain cancer, two weeks before Christmas 2011, their lives were forever altered. He was advised to fight like hell and given a prognosis of six to twelve months. 29-year-old Eric Bryce, their son, was three. Cancer Canknot became laser-focused on living not just surviving but truly living from that point on. Every day, they continue to make this decision. Today, Eric is referred to as an extreme survivor, which is a term used to describe the fewer than one percent of patients who have had GBM for at least ten years. Cancer Canknot medical team has difficulty predicting the future, but getting this far has been a blessing. Cancer's ugliness is well-known. They also know that it gave them a chance to live life to the fullest, and they hope that sharing their story will encourage you to do the same.
