About Butler and the Board
Butler and the Board specializing in prepared meals, such as sausages, charcuterie, and prepared dishes that are ideal for everyday use or entertaining. Jeff is a chef with classical training who has spent more than ten years working at top restaurants in NYC, including Daniel, Esca, Dani, and Lupa. He spent almost ten years instructing at the French Culinary Institute in New York City's professional culinary, Italian, and farm-to-table programs. He specializes in making sausages, pates, and cold cuts in small batches. He was reared in New Jersey and is a Culinary Institute of America graduate. Jeff was admitted to the prestigious Butler and the Board Académie Culinaire de France in 2019.
