About Buon Appetitos
At the age of ten, Buon Appetitos began working in a Naples, Italy, restaurant. He started experimenting with various recipes and immersed himself in every aspect of the restaurant industry. Buon Appetitos had a passion for cooking and would experiment with his ideas all night. He had aspirations of starting his own restaurant. When he was sixteen, a group of close friends invited him to visit their restaurant in America. He was given the chance to demonstrate his culinary abilities; They hired him after being so impressed with his capabilities. He was the favorite employee of everyone, and one day he was asked to work in the front office. He had limited English language skills but was able to become proficient in a year with the assistance of coworkers and guests. He was more certain that running his own business was what he was meant to do after learning all of the skills necessary to run the restaurant.
