About Bricolage
Bricolage is a contemporary Vietnamese café offering three parts of Vietnamese food - conventional family, customary road, and the French effect on Vietnamese cooking. Bricolage was planned by a worldwide craftsman (Miro Gal). Built as a workmanship establishment honors compelling craftsmen from the beyond 50 years. The whole space is hand-worked with reused classic materials as it were. The wood and steel used to assemble the brand were obtained from an old water tower in Brooklyn. In French, they mean a get together of articles that were once esteemed, utilized and afterward disposed of. The bricoleur is a craftsman who gathers and reuses old articles to reestablish their social worth.
