For years, Delise has owned Bardel Bows. She designed and made all the bows for herself and her 3 beauticians. She decided to spend most of her time making bows and started buying off-the-shelf bows. After researching and buying the bows of several companies, she was not satisfied with any product on the market. Dellis found her mother, Barbara, and wanted to sell her her unique dog grooming bow. After some persuasion, her mother agreed. Bardel Bows was born. Barbara is Bar and Dell is Delise. Their first trade show was the Atlanta Pet Expo in 1989. Their company has grown a lot since 1989. They still sell all of Delise's original designs, while regularly adding new designs.
