The founder of Baba and Boo was an unexpected businesswoman. But she absolutely loves working for her mission-oriented career every day. Baba and Boo Know she cares about their planet. She cares about her customers and she cares about their children. She started working as a waitress at the age of 13 and worked until graduation. When she left college, she decided not to leave him with another child on the road. Decided to leave working life and become a full-time mom. This is by far the hardest thing she has ever done. As she grew up, her dad looked at the trash can like an eagle and never let them throw away anything that could be composted or recycled. It is this inherent gene that makes her feel that putting disposable diapers in the trash can is wrong.
