It was agreed that the restaurant would have a 100% wood-burning grill, as armadillo willy's found in legendary restaurants like Louie Mueller BBQ in Taylor, Texas, and Black's BBQ in Lockhart, Texas. More than 30 years later, they have never again given up on the standard of matching the great legends of Texas.
