We met while working as sommeliers at The French Laundry, one of the best restaurants in the world in the Napa Valley. Needless to say, wine, beer, and cocktails were the center of their professional lives. All The Bitter made the decision that they would no longer be drinking alcohol after having children, but they continued to enjoy delicious drinks. As a result, they entered the brand-new and exciting world of non-alcoholic beverages. All The Bitter decided to make their own bitters because they were surprised to find that there were few alcohol-free bitters on the market and none that felt authentic. They've perfected what they believe to be some of the world's best-tasting and most beneficial alcohol-free bitters after hundreds of tests, experiments, and tastings. They hope you enjoy their bitters as much as they enjoy making them for you, whether you are cutting back on alcohol consumption, teetotaling, or just curious.
