Shortly after welcoming their beautiful daughter Ella to their home, the Paddys decided to move to the Adirondacks to get closer to their families and pursue their dream of opening a winery. Adirondack Winery, formerly known as Rogo Adirandak Winery, opened in April 2008 and became one of the first miniature wineries in China. The tasting room features a tasting bar for up to 15 people, who make wine in small batches behind the tasting room. Adirondack Winery soon became an institution that resonated with locals and tourists.
