Even their stone terraces are constructed by hand, following a practice developed here three thousand years ago. These are unpretentious, mild wines. Every bottle from this vineyard pairs nicely with the regional food, which includes fritto misto, anchovies served in a variety of ways, and fresh vegetables. wino(t) concentrate on botanicals, such as three different types of fresh citrus, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, elderflower, and, of course, juniper, that go well with apples.
