About Virtue Cider
They established Virtue Cider in 2011. They were referred to for their 20-year residency as brew master at the Goose Island Beer Company, having won 14 back to back Great American Beer Festival decorations and spearheaded whiskey barrel matured lager with Bourbon County Stout. In the spring of 2011, they left Goose Island and set out on a two-month journey to consider the specialty of juice, visiting and tasting at top cider makers in England and France. They brought their broad experience and creative style to dispatch Virtue Cider.
