Ultimate Member is a plug-in that provides users with the ability to configure custom fields, private messages, and more. As early as 2014, the founder began to build a website that required user profiles to contain custom fields, filterable member directories, and the ability of users to privately message to each other. Although initially he felt that it was not worth mentioning. However, after several weeks of trying out many different plugins, he couldn't find a plugin that provided the required functionality. So decided to create a plugin that makes it easy to add beautiful user profiles and many other community/membership features to the WordPress site. He then worked with an experienced plugin developer, and six months later they launched Ultimate Member on the plugin directory.
