About Toy Farmer
Claire and Cathy Scheibe founded Toy Farmer. In 1978. A four-page, black-and-white newsletter served as their first publication, with 17 subscribers. Currently, they and Toy Trucker & Contractor magazines are read by thousands of people each month all around the world. The National Toy Truck N Construction Show in Indianapolis, Indiana, the North Dakota Farm Toy Show in LaMoure, North Dakota, and the National Farm Toy Show in Dyersville, Iowa, which takes place the first full weekend in November, were all founded in part because to them. For every national show, display models are also created in addition to many other projects. Toy Farmer has been developed by Cathy, her family, and staff members ever since Claire passed away in 2000. The magazine transitioned from black and white to full color over time. Their website has undergone multiple upgrades, and in 2013, they also made their periodicals digital.
