About The Rope Trainer
The Rope Trainer uses the correct throwing muscle in your hand and allows the player to hold a real baseball or softball while working on mechanics and warming up. The Rope Trainer allows the athlete to exercise the muscles of each part of the throwing chain. Use the rope trainer to optimize the mechanics of the throwing sequence by exercising the muscles and joints used during the throwing process. Over time, using the rope trainer will allow better muscle memory, improve strength and endurance without releasing the ball causing excessive stress. Rope trainers promote the use of muscle chains, including most of the muscles from shoulders, triceps / biceps, elbows to wrists and hands. Rope trainers exercise muscles properly, help athletes pull up throughout the delivery process, help athletes create an upward cycle, improve performance, and limit the risk of injury.
