In 1951 they moved to Nakano, Tokyo at age 27 to begin the primary Taishoken. Around then, the café was a military enclosure produced using compressed wood. They welcomed their family member, to help open and bargain with the eatery. Years after the fact, they opened another restuarant in Higashi Ikebukuro. Before very long, they took on many students and has left a remarkable imprint on ramen in Japanese culture. Taishoken, a plunging noodle cherished by a larger number of people, was imagined in Nakano. On sweltering late spring days, the staff would eat the cool extra noodles by dunking it into a hot soup. Inquisitive clients started mentioning this dish, and it was before long placed on the café menu. After sixty years, the dish is presently one of the public food sources of ramen culture in Japan.
