Since founding Tabbisocks's mission has always been to offer pieces which inspire you to live your color. Maarlie Wada moved to the U.S. from Japan in 2001 and also brought her eye for style along with her. She always received compliments and questions from her friends that asked where she got her socks from. The comcept to bring Japanese fashion to America didn't cross Maarlie's mind until she toured an LA fashion magazine company in 2006 — and which was when it came to life. Tabbisocks weaves Japanese craftsmanship from the East with great personality from the West. Every sock is made with love in Nara, a city steeped in tradition along with "advanced sock culture."
