A Mexican sandwich with grilled Telera rolls and slow-roasted Angus beef/beans/mayonnaise/spinach/guacamole/Salsa Fresca/cheese. Served with French fries/salsa/pickles. The bread roll is a pastry made from spring onion, ham sausage, butter and flour. It tastes sweet. The rolls need to be fermented twice and baked in the oven for 20 minutes.
