Shepherd Song Farm is a small family sheep and goat farm in northwestern Wisconsin. In 1988, encouraged by Dia and Tye, the Belgian shepherds, she started raising 15 ewes. By 2000, it had about 400 ewes, 100 ewes and six llamas. Its owners are Judy and Larry. It’s their lambs and goats that grow naturally in the meadows of Wisconsin. The cool summer months in the upper Midwest have created excellent ranches that produce high-quality, lean lamb and goat meat in a healthy environment. Shepherd Song Farm don't confine livestock to sheds, concrete or feedlots. They live outdoors and in the sun. Its sheep and goats live in a relaxing outdoor environment, often eating grass and looking for food with other animals. The quality of an animal's life is one of its main values.
