Salford Rum is a festival of the history, legacy and individuals of Sanford Docks all through the last part of the 1800's and mid 1900's. During this time, Sanford Docks developed to be the third biggest port in the UK, and among the mechanical imports of the time, were rums, leafy foods from the Caribbean. Their spiced rum is propelled by these imports and conveys a mix of warm flavors, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, joined with sweet vanilla notes, a trace of maple and finished off with orange and soaks organic products. Salford Rum rum is copper segment refined in little clusters before it is injected with products of the soil, separated and hand-packaged, into a fired jug highlighting a doodled guide of the dockyard, planned by nearby craftsman Dave Draws.
