If you make a reservation, you will be able to play the game you want at the time you want, but you must pay for a minimum of four individuals to do so. Up to 24 hours before to the game time, you can postpone or cancel your game. They will give you a gift voucher for store credit if you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled game time, which you can use later. You won't ever be mixed in with strangers because Rush Hour Escape Room has separate rooms for every guest.
