Established in 1996 by Jon Holden, Tucson, Arizona's music series Rhythm and Roots Concert Series started introducing acts in Americana Roots, Blues, Folk, Bluegrass, and whatever else that just felt right. In mid 2012, they lost Jonathan, their energetic chief and pioneer. However, in his soul they continue supporting the Americana and roots music he adored.
