As a wholly owned subsidiary of Austin Bridge Company RhinoAg was founded on December 18, 1930, in Texas as Servis Equipment Company. From the middle through the end of the 1930s, Servis progressively transitioned from maintaining equipment for Austin construction businesses to designing and producing construction machinery like rollers, packers, and road graders.
