About Recycle A Cup
Instead of throwing away leftover Keurig K-Cup pods, Recycle A Cup enables you to cut and separate them for reuse or recycling. K-Cup® pods are constructed from a paper filter, organic material, plastic, and aluminum. The K-Cup® pod cannot be recycled when it is whole. For recycling or composting, the parts must be separated and sorted into the appropriate categories. They enable you to separate your spent K-Cup® pods so that the recyclable parts can be done so in just 3 easy steps. It begins with loading the K-Cup® pack. Finally, it separates the plastic after twisting the Recycle A Cup. Even if you don't do anything else, removing the K-Cup® pod's plastic bottom will expose the organic material, allow it to breakdown in landfills, and have a significant beneficial environmental impact.
