About Muzzleloader Magazine
Starting around 1974, Muzzleloader Magazine has been the main magazine dedicated to conventional dark powder hunting and shooting. No in-lines, no degrees and no tear open breeches. Each issue is jam-loaded with articles on hunting, firing, gunsmithing, DIY undertakings, living history, American history, book and item audits, and substantially more! The best in customary gag stacking without exception! Muzzleloader Magazine was initially distributed by Scurlock Publishing, a family claimed and worked company that was established as Rebel Publishing back in 1974 by Oran H. Scurlock, Jr. furthermore, B.R. Hughes. The organization's most memorable item was their magazine, and the main issue was distributed in March/April 1974. The thought for a public magazine was incubated at the neighborhood shooting range during month to month shoots of the Piney Woods Muzzleloaders.
