About Moraine Winery
Moraine Winery is a family owned winery and vineyard overlooking Lake Okanagan and minutes from Penticton City. Moraine sits atop striking clay cliffs, and its shelf-like position overlooks the landscape and body of water. These glacier-formed white clay cliffs make up the stunning Naramata Bench and inspire the winery's name on land. The owners of Moraine Winery are Oleg and Svetlana Aristakov. In 1995, the couple moved to Canada from Russia to give their family a better life. They first moved to Edmonton, where they lived for 15 years. The couple believed that wine provided one of life's simplest, most enjoyable and accessible pleasures; this philosophy led them to enter the wine industry.
