About Monastery
Monastery is a small batch roasting and traceable coffee company located in Adelaide, South Australia. For them, "traceability" refers to two key factors-quality and origin; they only roast coffee of the highest quality and coffee that is traded in a transparent and sustainable manner. They believe that as a roaster, their duty is first, roasting is just to preserve and highlight the inherent qualities of each coffee. This is due to the careful work of the producers and secondly to ensure that you know who these producers are and where your coffee comes from. Monastery believe in an economically sustainable supply chain from consumers to farmers and everyone has the ability. For this reason, they only roast coffee that is sourced in an ethical, transparent and responsible manner.
