Experience the famous building, peaceful location, and magnificent grounds of the 200-acre Annenberg estate in Rancho Mirage, California. The ancient home is a masterwork from the mid-20th century with Mayan elements. In 1966, the 25,000 square foot house was finished. The ModTix was created by renowned architect A. Quincy Jones, and it was furnished in Hollywood Regency style by interior designers William Haines and Ted Graber. A nine-hole golf course created by the renowned Dick Wilson is surrounded by beautiful grounds, eleven lakes, a tennis court, and the home itself. Prior to being made available to the public in 2012, the entire site underwent restoration.
