Middleton Made Knives is a new business founded by knifemaker Quintin Middleton in Saint Stephen, South Carolina. While Mr Middleton has been producing knives since 2003 and has had the privilege of being mentored by South Carolina's master knifemaker Jason Knight. Other influences found in Quentin's work include such greats as Jerry Hex, Michael Redd and the legendary Bob Kramer. He uses high carbon steel and each knife is custom made to the exact specifications required by each customer. Quintin takes great care with each piece, Middleton Made Knives adhering to a simple philosophy that every great chef needs a good knife at an affordable price.
