A loyalty solution for the mobile age has been created by Loyalzoo, loyalty software that improves the lives of business owners and their clients. Loyalzoo was started by two people who thought it was crazy that small businesses still used loyalty cards made of paper and plastic. Small businesses would not have the time or resources to use mobile apps, but all of the big brands do. They could observe a recurrence of the same old pattern: The big guys grow larger, while the little guys shrink. That need not be the case. Shops and cafés have gone through intensely over the course of the years attempting to draw in new clients through markdown stages like Groupon. It has been a disaster for many.
