About Lotus Pops
Lotus Pops was co-founded by foodie Sruti Jilla. In the restaurant, Sluti is a curious customer. He is always willing to try new dishes and rarely orders the same dishes again. It was these experiments that made her try roasted lotus seeds on a trip to India. She fell in love with this snack at Lotus Pops. As a snacker, she is always looking for a delicious and healthy snack made from real food ingredients grown sustainably, and finally found the answer. Happiness grows in sharing, so she decides to share this delicious snack with others and starts to make lotus soda. Before Lotus Pops appeared, she worked in the field of computer science and technology. Sruty received an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She currently lives in Palo Alto, California with her husband.
