About Lanomax
Lanomax released in July 2015 showed that lanosterol, a natural chemical produced by the body, can effectively clear cataracts. Therefore, surgical removal of opaque lenses and replacement with artificial lenses is the only feasible correction method. However, if simple eye drops such as "lanosterol eye drops" can be used to cure cataracts, the need for cataract surgery can be greatly reduced. Therefore, Lanomax has attracted great interest around the world. Kang, a professor of ophthalmology and director of ophthalmic genetics at the University of California, San Diego, and his research team found that this organic compound, called "lanosterol," can dissolve protein blocks that cause cataracts and disrupt the opacity of the lens.
