They are fortunate to have access to a group of knife experts whose families have been making knives for many years. In order to improve the steel's mechanical properties, they combine traditional knifemaking techniques with cutting-edge technological processes like cryogenic cooling and vacuum heat treatment. Each and every KotaiKitchenUSA blade has had to deal with a thorough quality control cycle and won't leave their manufacturing plant before it is physically looked at by 3 changed monitors.
