About Joanie's Pastries
The Canadian and National Celiac Associations have certified Joanie's Pastries as a dedicated gluten-free facility. Joanie's Pastries make a lot of effort to give you the best, and the greatest just so happens to be gluten free. In elementary school, when their buddy Stephanie and they would pedal their bicycles to the local convenience shop, they developed a fondness for creamy butter tarts. They bought a dozen butter tarts with the money they made from their paper route, sharing them amongst chuckles and savoring every single bite. They've always been a good baker and cook. After discovering they was celiac a few years ago, they rewrote their recipes. They have mastered their gluten-free pastry recipe after much perseverance and testing.
